The Flamingo finally makes sense!
Over the past several months, Doug Miller and his team at CORE Nutritionals have been making social media videos with a little extra Fun inside. The team can often be over-the-top, but wearing an inflatable flamingo in multiple videos[1-4] had to have meant something, because even that’s a bit wild for the team over at Crush It Headquarters.
Few figured out what it was, but it’s finally been revealed:
Core Nutritionals Fun Sweets Cotton Candy Collab!
Core Nutritionals has announced a flavor collaboration with Fun Sweets Cotton Candy, with both Core Pump and Fury coming in Cherry Berry and Blue Raspberry cotton candy flavors!
In early August 2023, Core Nutritionals announced their next major flavor collaboration: Fun Sweets Cotton Candy! Two different flavors will come in their two pre-workout supplements, Core Fury and Core Pump:
- Fun Sweets Cotton Candy Cherry Berry
- Fun Sweets Cotton Candy Blue Raspberry
This is the brand’s second collaborative effort, following their Moose Tracks PUDD’n (where keen-eyed Core fans were also teased with some early leak videos featuring the Moose). Now it’s the Fun Sweets Flamingo’s turn — and this time it’s in their two popular pre-workouts!
First, let’s talk about these flavors, and then get into the products themselves:
What is Cotton Candy?
Cotton candy is a classic confection that embodies the essence of childhood nostalgia, as it’s a mainstay at fairs and carnivals. Created through the art of sugar spinning, it’s made by heating and liquefying sugar, then using centrifugal force to extrude the molten sugar through tiny holes, where it instantly solidifies into fine threads that resemble fluffy clouds.
The result is a delicate and airy treat that dissolves on the tongue, releasing a burst of sweetness. Its unique texture and fun colors make cotton candy a beloved treat.
However, most cotton candy flavors in dietary supplements are simply over-the-top sweet, which isn’t exactly right. As explained in Doug Miller’s video embedded above, Core Nutritionals worked with the Fun Sweets actual flavor system to make the magic happen right in their own supplements!
What is Fun Sweets?
Fun Sweets is a prominent player in the confections world — they’ve become synonymous with none other than cotton candy.
